Trunk show volunteering 2023
By filling out this form, you are indicating your preference for volunteer shifts. You are not confirmed as a volunteer until you receive a confirmation email. Once you are confirmed, you will be required to attend a Zoom meeting with the Volunteer Coordinator.
If you are volunteering with a group and want to volunteer together, make sure to indicate that in the comments section and make sure each member of the group fills out the form.
Thursday Afternoon Setup: Marking off vendor booth spaces. One four-hour shift from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. FULL
Thursday Swag Bag Stuffing: Stuff goody bags. One three-hour shift from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. This will take place indoors. FULL
Friday setup: Help vendors set up their booths. One two-hour shift from 7-9 a.m. FULL
Venue greeters: Welcome and check in shoppers, organize line and answer questions. Volunteers needed for each of the following shifts: 8 a.m.-12 p.m., 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., and 2-4:30 p.m.
Photo booth/lounge volunteers: Encourage and facilitate attendees to take photos with photo frames and help out our lounge sponsors.Three shifts, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 2-4:30 p.m.
