Wednesday Afternoon Setup: You will be marking off vendor booth spaces and helping place tables. One four-hour shift from 1-5 p.m. Please wear comfortable clothes. You will receive your goody bags on Friday.
Thursday Setup: If you’re working from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. you will assist vendors with setup and other help as needed. If you’re working from 1-4 p.m., you will stuff goody bags and continue to assist with setup. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Venue greeters: You will help organize the check-in line and welcome and check in shoppers by scanning their tickets with your smartphone and the Eventbrite Organizer app (you will receive a separate email about this).
Shuttle bus greeters: You will greet attendees taking the shuttle buses between Cantine Memorial Field and the Saugerties Performing Arts Factory.
Show floor volunteers: You will answer shopper questions, provide general traffic direction and help direct the flow of any lines that form.
Photo booth volunteers: You will encourage and facilitate attendees to take photos with 3D animals and photo frames to post on Instagram.
Breakdown: You will help Indie Untangled and vendors with breakdown.
