Below is preliminary vendor information. Vendors will be required to sign and abide by a final agreement upon acceptance. All information is subject to change.

Restrictions
Vendors that have been accepted to have booths at the New York Sheep & Wool Festival, or other New York State or virtual fiber events held from October 17-20, 2024, will not be permitted to also vend at Indie Untangled.
Fees
Each 10’x10’ booth will cost $600, to be paid upon notification of acceptance. Booth fee includes one table, 15amp power drop and access to secure WiFi network. Additional tables and table covers will be available for an additional rental fee.
All vendor spaces are in covered pavilions with cement or stone floors.
Vendor sales
Vendors can sell hand-dyed or custom-milled yarn and fiber, handspun yarn and/or other fiber-related accessories that they produce or design themselves.
Shopping guide and online marketplace
Indie Untangled will offer a shopping guide and clickable online marketplace to promote and supplement its in-person event. This is included in the vendor fee.
