Fold in the cheese, David!

You don’t have to know how to fold broken cheese to knit this quick, slip-stitch hat that’s an homage to an infamous episode of Schitt’s Creek.

Worked up in heavy DK/light worsted weight yarn, the textured colorwork pattern is worked using only one strand of yarn at a time and slipping stitches here and there. Knit it up in two solid colors, or substitute a variegated skein or scraps for the contrasting color. There’s even a handy table to help you figure out which size to make at different stitch gauges if you want to work it to a different gauge than the pattern.
