As many of you may know, we lost designer Adrienne Fong (Her Ravelry username was bellybuttonknits, or bbk as she was affectionately known). She was a wonderful person, and I will always fondly remember her.
Wisdom is a colorway that we collaborated on for one of her designs, and we laughed about the steps involved in getting it just right for her vision. I will forever hold it dear to my heart.
From her designer page on Ravelry: Adrienne lost her battle with cancer 9/18/2019. Per Adrienne’s wishes, her patterns are free here on Ravelry. Knowing that Ravelers would want to do something, she said that donations toward the fight against cancer would be appreciated.
I will be donating $10 for each skein sold to the American Cancer Society in her memory.

There are a number of KALs being held on Ravelry in her honor, including the Invictus Yarns Group. I’m proud to be sponsoring a commemorative KAL in the Solid Socks group in December/January as well. This colorway has been approved for use in that group.
