Hello Indie Untangled friends!
I’m excited to introduce you to a new indie yarn shop. My name is Shelby, and I’m the creator behind Hardware City Yarn Co. I’m based out of New Britain, Connecticut (AKA Hardware City!), and dye all my colorways by hand out of my New Britain bungalow. My goal with my shop is to pay homage to the rich industrial history of this city by working hard and not being afraid to put the effort in. My colorways reflect my love of both bright, vibrant colors as well as muted, pastel shades. There’s a color to suit every style!
Currently, all my available yarn is 75/25 Superwash wool and nylon fingering weight. However, keep an eye out for new bases (including a worsted weight offering) in the next month! Be sure to check out the many colorways currently in stock, and sign up for the newsletter to be notified as soon as new colors and bases enter the shop!
