Mount Rainier Retreat Scholarship Application One of the ideas behind the Knitting Our National Parks project was to allow crafters from all over to experience the beauty of the U.S. national parks without leaving home. Our first-ever Indie Untangled retreat near Mount Rainier National Park was an opportunity to come together and see this beauty in person and be inspired by it, all while forming new and lasting friendships. We understand that not everyone has the means to attend a knitting retreat, and so we wanted to extend that privilege to a member of our community. This scholarship will cover the full cost of the retreat, including lodging in the Tatoosh Lodge, a transportation credit of up to $300 and a $150 marketplace credit. Applications will be accepted through February 19, 2020 and the scholarship recipient will be notified by February 26, 2020 via email. We will not announce the recipient publicly. The recipient will be chosen by an outside committee made up of diverse members of the fiber community.
