One of the things I love about my “day job” as a journalist is spreading the news and telling people’s stories. This week, I get to introduce you to several artisans who are brand new to Indie Untangled and are also fascinating, talented folks.
One of these dyers is Sandra of Duck Duck Wool. Last year, she became very popular among my knitting friends, and she was recently profiled in a wonderful Washington Post story on DC-area artisans (it’s so refreshing to see knitting and dyeing getting some great press). Sandra just reopened her Etsy shop after a much-needed spring break and I am so thrilled she chose to share the news on Indie Untangled.
Meg of Atelier Yarn has been busy since posting to the marketplace last week. This Aussie dyer has updated her Etsy shop with three new colorways, including Christmas Grey, pictured above (no, it’s not Christmastime Down Under, but winter is coming).
