When filling out your vendor submissions form for the Indie Untangled Everywhere Virtual Marketplace, you will be asked to provide the link to your Zoom meeting.
To do this, go to the Zoom application on your device and click Schedule.
Fill out the form by adding the start time of your first meeting.
Make the duration of your meeting 24 hours. Make sure the time zone is set to Eastern.
Set the meeting to recurring and make it recur daily, ending by October 18, 2020.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the password is set to INDIE and disable the waiting room.
You’ll want to turn your video on. Turning on participants’ video is optional.
Do not click Enable join before host. You do want to mute participants upon entry.
Once you’ve scheduled your sessions in Zoom, go to the Meetings tab and click on the meeting.
Copy and paste the URL and save it to add to the Indie Untangled Everywhere Vendor Submissions Form for your virtual booth. We’ll input the date and time for your sessions on our end.
