Rhinebeck Trunk Show 2018 application

Please read the Vendor Guidelines before submitting your application.

  • Please include a cell phone number in case we need to get in touch with you on the day of the show.
    If you are accepted to the event, you will receive an approximately 10' x 10' space. You can choose one (1) long table, to not have a table and use separate racks or grid displays, or to bring your own furniture. Second tables for single spaces can be provided based on availability only.
    If yes, please indicate who you are sharing with in the "Additional space preference" field below and have that person submit a separate application.
    The shopping area will be configured with several spaces in the center of the room. Please indicate if you need a wall and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
    Please check Yes if you need access to an outlet for the duration of the event.
  • Please indicate if you would like to be located next to a specific vendor. We will try to accommodate your request.
    Please check above whether you will start setting up Thursday evening or Friday morning.
