Our 10th annual Indie Untangled event takes place on Friday, October 20 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at HITS on the Hudson in Saugerties, NY.
So how will it work?
Your timed entry ticket will provide access to two open-air shopping pavilions at HITS on the Hudson, a beautiful outdoor property overlooking the Catskill Mountains near the charming Village of Saugerties. Browse a juried selection of hand-dyed and custom-milled yarn, handmade project bags, stitch markers and more. Before and after shopping, you’re invited to hang out, grab a meal or snack from our food trucks, craft, snap selfies and enjoy a fall afternoon with fiber friends old and new.
Can’t make it in person? You’ll be able to browse products from our vendors from wherever you are via the Indie Untangled online marketplace.
Indie Untangled believes in financial accessibility and would like to provide assistance to members of our community, so they can experience the fun of Rhinebeck weekend. You can apply for a grant, or nominate a fellow maker, here.

Buying Tickets
Log In Before You Purchase
To save time during checkout, we recommend you log in to your indieuntangled.com account before purchasing.
If you’ve attended one of our virtual events before and have an event login, you can use the same credentials and log in before purchasing. Please give yourself plenty of time to log in beforehand. Only use the link on this page to log in to buy tickets.
If you did not attend one of our virtual events, then you do not have an event account. You can pre-register for an account. Click here to register for a new account.
You can also create an account by choosing a password at checkout.
Have your attendee info at hand
If you’re buying tickets for a group, you will be required to list the full name and email address for each person. Duplicate names and email addresses will not be accepted. We highly recommend typing the names and email addresses into a text document beforehand and copying and pasting this into the fields.
Ticket Guidelines
There is a limit of 4 tickets per shopping period per transaction.
You can only buy tickets to one session per transaction.
Waiting Room
If you’re part of a large group arriving to the website at the same time, you’ll be given an estimated wait time before you can access the site to make your ticket selection.
The waiting room will reserve your place in line using the device and browser you start with.
Once you’re in line, make sure to stay on the same device (don’t close the tab or open a new window).
The waiting room will automatically refresh and let you in when your place in line comes up.
Time is of the essence
Tickets will NOT be reserved while you’re checking out until payment is complete and the order is placed. You’ll see a confirmation screen and receive a payment receipt via email.
Plan ahead
Going back to the cart and removing tickets to change your selection will take time and will decrease your chances of getting tickets.
Good things to come…
When your purchase goes through, you’ll receive a confirmation email, but will receive your ticket about a month before the show.
