This summer is definitely not going the way we planned, but we can still have some magic in small ways. Electric Beach is a new design created by Shellie Anderson of Shel Knits Designs. She used one skein of Electric Raspberry Merino fingering, and one skein of Agate Beach mohair to create this dreamy new shawl.
I don’t know about you, but I’m a fan of whimsy and stripes, so this shawl hits all the right notes for me. Choose from a selection of colorways in my Magic Mohair Bundles or Featherdown Suri Bundles and pretend you’re knitting on your favorite beach. *Yarn and pattern sold separately.
Also included in this week’s update is a new tweed fingering base. A blend of Superwash Merino and tweed neps, this new base would make such a perfect striped or colorwork summer tee or cardigan. I have my eye on the Weekender Light by Andrea Mowry, but I could also see myself knitting up a striped Rock It Tee by Tanis Fiber Arts. Choose from a sophisticated collection of mix and match hand painted or tonal colorways to create your perfect project.
