Porterness Studio creates yarn functional statement jewelry for fiber arts community. The new spring line includes a stitch marker bracelet, stitch marker necklace, shawl/scarf ring and sterling silver markers.
The stitch marker bracelet and necklace are made of bronze with gold-filled clasps. At first glance, the pieces look like charm bracelets and necklaces, but the charms are actually stitch markers.
The shawl or scarf ring are made to adorn a handmade fiber arts garment. Crochet the garment directly on the ring or sew any handmade item on afterwards.
Each piece is either hand carved out of wax or 3D printed in wax, cast in sterling silver or bronze and hand finished by the artist.
