Gypsy is a 100% superwash Australian merino 2-ply that is great for socks, but also makes for an amazing heavy weight lace yarn. My favorite go-to lace scarves and shawls are knit in this super squishy merino. Australian merino is known for its incredible softness, but this superwash also has an elasticity that just won’t quit, which means that once it’s blocked, you don’t have to worry about stretching and sagging.
