From our Dye Live Plus Club, comes Nonnatus House, a stunning colorway inspired by the BBC series Call the Midwife. The show is about a group of nurses and nuns bringing the best of care to the poorest folk in the London suburb of Poplar. Dramatic tones of red, black and grey against a white field make the Nonnatus House colorway a must-have addition to your stash. It’s the perfect thing for winter knits without seeming too “holiday.” We kind of get a Snow White vibe and we are enchanted with the pairing with Midnight and Spindleprick Red.
We’ve got another treat in the shop – the Knitting the National Park book. Every U.S. National Park has a unique beanie in this beautiful pattern collection by Nancy Bates. There are a whopping 63 patterns ranging from simple to challenging with breathtaking photography and easy to follow instructions. These super popular pattern books will not last long.
Our colorway Burnt is shown here with gorgeous Harvest Moon. These were so popular last week, we sold out, but they’re now available on preorder so you can get what you want. Burnt brings the warmth of the hearth to our fall palette. It’s gorgeous tones of orange, pumpkin, and saffron are just the pop of color to make Harvest Moon really shine.
Last but not least, we’re live on our YouTube channel, The Traveling Two Ewe Knit, every Saturday morning at 9:30AM Eastern time. Grab your coffee or tea, your yarn, and let’s have a great time together!
Fiber friends are the best friends! Thanks for being a part of our yarn community, and we’ll be back next week for more updates and adventures!
