Showing Stitch Stuff Yarn

We have restocked Take a Hike on Plumpy Sock Stuff and Mindful on Fluff Stuff (Suri silk). These two yarns were used by a test knitter for Andrea Mowry’s new Brume sweater pattern. The test knitter held these two yarns together and it turned out beautifully.

Also added to the shop is Take a Hike on Bulky Stuff. We just love how the speckling looks on the bulky weight yarn.

Stitch Stuff Yarn has bulky yarn hat kits that include two skeins of yarn and a hat pattern designed by Erin (Stitch Stuff Yarn co-owner). The pattern is a simple ribbed hat that fits most head sizes with or without a folded brim. Each Kit includes two skeins of bulky weight yarn.

Lite Brite was a happy accident. While trying to create a different color Lite Brite was created instead. Lite Brite is half black and half rainbow. It’s now available for preorder. I couldn’t resist and had to start knitting socks.

We would like to introduce our new collection – Lucy. Lucy is my 10-year-old daughter who loves to create yarn colors on her own and help me dye them. Each color has a “Lucy” story. She already has plans for new colors to add to her collection. We’ve had a lot of fun bonding over yarn!

These are all one-of-a-kind mini sets, which means only one set is available in each color and they will not be created again. We don’t like wasting leftover dye and this is one of the ways we use leftover dye. These mini sets are great for shawls, colorwork, socks (lots of socks)… the possibilities are endless.
