Skeins of orange yarn.

Earlier this year, I had an incredible opportunity to collaborate with Clara Parkes, the New York Times-bestselling author (KnitlandiaVanishing Fleece) and self-proclaimed “yarn whisperer” and “wool ambassador.” Robin of Birch Hollow Fibers and I met up with Clara in the Berkshires where she unloaded hundreds of skeins from a rented van.

The result of this collaboration debuted this month through the bi-monthly Heritage Wool Collective Hand-dyed Yarn subscription. A limited number of Robin’s colorway Flicker are available in the Indie Untangled shop.

A collage of Christmas bears with holiday presents, snow globes, lanterns, fireplaces with a winter blue background and the words "A Beary Merry Christmas, Christmas Eve cast on box" in the center.

WoolenWomenFibers’ Christmas Eve Cast On Boxes have two beary sweet themes: Beary Merry Christmas and Bah Humbear. Each come with their own color scheme and feature a sock set and plenty of goodies.

Six skeins inspired by the gods of Godkiller by Hannah Kaner in different variegations, with corresponding swatches. From left to right: Osidisen (blue and teal), Aan (light blue and green), Lethen (green with speckles), Skediceth (tan and beige), Hseth (black with fiery speckles), and Makioron (pink).

Lola of Third Vault Yarns is shipping the Fallen Gods colourway collection, inspired by the Godkiller novel series by Hannah Kaner. The collection involves six different skeins inspired by some of the gods of the series.
