Although running Indie Untangled is usually a solo operation, I do have the benefit of a wide network of friends/coworkers. I met and got to know Stephanie of Asylum Fibers before she started dyeing yarn, when she organized a knitting meetup in New York City. She’s multi-talented, with a beautiful singing voice and a degree in opera performance. She’s since moved to Connecticut, so I don’t get to see her as often, but cherish our memories as part of the NYC fiber community.
Stephanie created the Floral Decadence colorway for Indie’s 10th anniversary. She will dye it on her Luxe Fingering and DK bases, which are comprised of a luxurious extrafine Superwash Merino. The yarn is available to preorder through next Sunday, August 11.

Outlander is coming back for Season 7 this November and you can prepare with Inner Yarn Zen’s Outlander “un-club.” There are three kits in collaboration with designer Katie Degroff Knits that will ship in September, October and November. You can purchase them all together, order one kit at a time or order just the yarn and pattern.
