New in the shop this week is my last (and largest) update of Nautilus BFL Aran of the winter. This Bluefaced Leicester Superwash is 100% British stock from the finest sort, and is only spun twice a year, so while I have a small reserve, once it’s gone, it’s gone!
The very lofty 2ply construction allows a wide range of needle sizes and gauge and it’s got amazing stitch definition. I love it for colorwork and for cables. It might just be my favorite sweater base for the cold winter months. Perfect for hats, cowls and mittens too.
I’ve added some brand new colors: Cornbread & Cranberry, Hey Cinnamon, Your Eyes and Brigado, as well as my favorite colors from last winter. Sixteen colors to choose from, ranging from pale amethyst to deep royal blue, with plenty of warm, cozy earth tones in between.
