This sweater is one of, if not the most, cozy sweater I have ever knit — I had to knit two versions.

With Cozy on Southwick you get not one, but two sweater patterns! You can decide if you want to knit a single color version or play around with stripes, AND you can also decide if you want to feature the boucle side (reverse stockinette) or the more subdued side (stockinette), depending on your preference.

Cozy on Southwick is a classic drop-shoulder sweater.

Get Ready for Summer – Paloma Stripe Shawl is Here!

  • A light-skinned woman in a white sweater holds a pink and peach garter and brioche shawl.
  • A light-skinned woman in a white sweater wears a pink and peach garter and brioche shawl.
  • A light-skinned woman in a white sweater faces away from the camera and wears a pink and peach garter and brioche shawl.

Who is ready for some summer fun? I definitely am — the temperature has been keeping me on my toes lately, but I’m ready for a beach trip with a drink in my hand! To celebrate, I’m excited to share with you my latest design: Paloma Stripe!

The Paloma Stripe Shawl is based on one of my favorite beverages. I love the taste of salt mixing with tequila and the fresh squeezed grapefruit soda flavor all mixing together. With these two yarns, I loved how subtle the two colors looked, reminding me of a Paloma. In the border of the shawl, I wanted to mimic a grapefruit slice with the brioche increases.

This is an asymmetrical shawl. It begins with simple garter stripes, and then brioche stripes are knit to create asymmetry. It ends with a row of brioche increases to create the grapefruit slice border.

Paloma Stripe Release — get 30% off no code needed now through July 12 on Ravelry or my website (no coupon needed)!

  • A close-up of a knit, cropped pullover in light gray with peach and dark blue contrast colors on a light-skinned woman in jeans.
  • A light-skinned woman wears a cropped colorwork sweater knit in gray with peach and dark blue contrast colors over jeans.

I’m excited to share with you my latest design: Floral Alchemy.

Floral Alchemy is a sweet cropped top, exploring colorwork and basic wrapped stitches which were inspired by some adorable fluffy flowers I found near the ocean.

The pullover is worked from the top down. It has balloon sleeves that are a bit romantic and feminine.

I love to pair it with dresses and skirts. If cropped sweaters aren’t your thing, it can be easily lengthened, if you like. I love to see how you choose to wear your knit pieces!

For my Floral Alchemy release, you can get 30% off, no code needed, now through May 31st (on my website or Ravelry)!

  • A close-up of a long knit colorwork cowl in light pink with blue, orange and purple contrast colors on a light-skinned woman in a mint peacoat.

I’m excited to share with you my latest design: Little Frannie. It is a four-color cowl that comes in two sizes and it’s a delightfully fun knit.

Little Frannie is inspired by a recent trip I took to San Francisco with my best friend, Stephanie. I just loved all the gorgeous colors of the houses and murals that we saw and wanted to incorporate them into a colorwork knit project.

The yarn I used is this lovely Lanivendole A Heavenly Blend, a 50% wool, 25% alpaca and 25% Cashmere blend I picked up at Indie Untangled last year. I fell in love with the dreamy colors and the yarn’s fabulous softness. The yarn Is available on Lanivendole’s website so you can knit a Little Frannie of your own.
