Knitting season is around the corner! What are you guys working on?

I have a super small batch of patchwork bags named the Clematis Collection after one of my favorite flowers.

These notions and project bags are all sewn from my studio scraps. These bags come in all different sizes and the pricing reflects the amount of work that goes into this kind of work.

They are all one of kind, super handy and very colorful with unexpected color combinations and black and white pops.

I hope you love them as much as I do.

I hope you are all enjoying the change in temperature wherever you are. Here in Boston the days are shorter and the leaves are turning.

Tomorrow 10/8 at 6pm EST I will have a shop update. There are a few XL tote bags with XL shoulders straps, zipper bags, and large drawstring bags, You can get a matching set or mix and match!

Other fun news is that the bag I printed for CAKEpalooza is now available for preorder on my website. It's a great, workhorse bag with lots of swirly, colorful dots, perfect for a shawl or sweater.

Exciting news! I have a shop update this Friday, May 28 at 5 p.m. EDT.

There will be a lot of one-off, one-of-a-kind bags that be for sale. I love using scraps, patched together to make up a bag. Super rewarding. You can expect lots of dots and shimmer in the small notion bags and some fun, bold colors together in the bigger bags, as well as the popular Ginkgo print.

I will also have preorders again as the last preorder update was a huge success. These will all be the large drawstring bags.

Hi there,
I am happy to announce that my next shop update will be on March 27th at 8pm EDT.

This update will consist of mostly large drawstring bags (20!) and one or two other sizes. You will also notice that I brought back some of the designs from the previous update and of cause, new color combos and designs, think spring colors!

Why I like the large drawstring bag:
Opens wide and stands up
Waxed canvas bottom
Wide drawstring channel that will keep work secure
Shoulder length straps
Big enough fo a SWEATER quantity of yarn

So happy to announce my first shop update of the year will be this Sunday, Feb 14th at 8 p.m. EST. The days are getting longer and the sun is getting stronger, so you can expect lots of really bright color combinations and bright Spring colors. Think pink and orange, mauve and purple, brown and teal, toffee and white and just a bit of gold. 🙂

For this update I tried focusing on making sets of bags for those who like sets but I sometimes got a bit distracted during the printing process tying different color combinations… So you might see one or two full sets or a set that consists of just three pieces etc. If there is enough interest I will be making more sets in the future!

Enjoy the changing of the season, I know Feb and March can be long months.

Are you looking for a colorful, unique, high-quality project bag that will carry your WIP’s from socks to bulky sweaters? My online shop was just updated with many colorful, summery project bags of all sizes.

You will notice that most of my bags are one of a kind in design and color combination. I block print, paint, splatter or stamp all my own fabric by hand in my Boston studio. I use waxed canvas fabric for the sturdy bottom, and handles of all the bags.

For this shop update I added a bigger size of my popular notion zipper bag and many quilty-scrappy tote bags that will carry many, many skeins of yarn. The scrappy bags make use of all my fabric cut-offs so reduces waist in the studio. I use waxed canvas fabric for the sturdy bottomland handles of all the bags.

Zipper bags all have a super sweet, handy dandy, 1-inch ruler as a zipper pull.
