Last year, I brought together two of my passions — hand-dyed yarn and breed-specific fibers — into the small-batch subscription of my dreams. The very first installment of the Heritage Wool Collective from Indie Untangled shipped out earlier this month, and I was thrilled at how it all came together!

If you missed out on the first shipment, a small batch of extra skeins of this special colorway is now available to purchase.

To ensure you receive the next installment in April, which will be milled in Spain and dyed by Megan of Megs and Co., make sure to sign up for a subscription. Because February is a short month, I’ve extended sign-ups for the next box to this Sunday, March 3.

Carolyn and Michelle of Olive & Two Ewe Studios have updated their shop with some new colors, including this Dark & Dustry Trio available on DK and Stellina fingering. There’s also a new bulky base called Atwood for those quick and warm projects.

Blue sky yarn with cherry blossom speckles, a navy blue bag accented with small town spring blue and white fabric and a set of stitch markers, a spring hat and blue bird.

Looking for your kindred yarn spirit? The WoolenWomenFibers April WoolenYarnBox is inspired by Anne of Green Gables. The box includes Full a single skein or sock set, two SamsTinyTrinkets coordinating stitch markers, a small accessory pattern, a sock sack or other-sewn knitting accessory, a handmade lotion or soap and candle and a mystery gift.

Five skeins of yarn, a braid of fiber, and a collection of five embroidery threads in pink, cream, blue, light green and teal.

Melissa of Storyteller Stitchery has debuted her Beatrix Potter collection, which includes yarn, spinning fiber and embroidery thread inspired by the timeless tales of Peter Rabbit and friends.

Three skeins of red, orange and brown speckled yarn sit on a background of a brass plate and cement surrounded by greenery.

Gabby of Plies & Hellhounds is debuting her dragon-inspired colorway called Smaug. Part of her Twelve Dragons series, this colorway will be available to order tomorrow, March 2 starting at 10 a.m. ET on Lucent, a fingering-weight blend of BFL, silk and Cashmere.
