Crafting and CRIME!
A true crime-themed, year-long blanket-along is open for preorder! Crochet and knit options are available.
This year-long blanket MAL will include a true crime murder mystery each month! We will be knitting the Jelly Roll Blanket by Kay F Jones or crocheting the Hexie Dreams Afghan by Sass & Stitch Crochet. We will be using the hashtag #Letthemysteryunravelmal2025 on Instagram. Colors will be a mashup of variegated, tonal, and speckled techniques with a wide variety of colors — bright pops of color, pastels, and neutrals — think scrappy! We will be completing pieces of the blanket each month as we uncover clues of the crime! This MAL makes the bigger project goals of a blanket/throw an easy way to break down small bits throughout the year to make it amazingly easy to finish and stay on task completing your blanket! The mysteries each month keep it super fun and interesting to get to the next “clue.” Each box comes with 15 10g mini skeins with true crime clues and storytelling included along the way! Add on charms to make this box even more special.
If you don’t specify knit or crochet, the default is knit.
