You can choose the base and number of hanks and we add, in addition to amazing exclusive yarn, themed goodies to delight you.

A Tale by Edgar Allan Toe, well known party guy and author:

Once upon a midnight dreary, whilst I knit, eyes tired and bleary,
While I stitched, carefully counting, suddenly there came a shouting
My sock knitting interrupted, something loudly shouting at my door,
“Yo! Let us in! We’re here to party!”

Okay, you see where we were going with that, right? It’s the Edgar Allan Toe Party Pack! Here to liven up your socks and projects during this season of spookiness. The Edgar Allan Toe Party Packs are here in both Alcott (sock weight) and Hawthorne (DK). These packs contain 10 mini hanks in gorgeous colors with 3 coordinated stitch markers. Better hurry. We’ve got limited quantities and once they are gone, they are Nevermore, Lenore!

We’re still celebrating Socktober with Socktivities like Socktastic Saturday, October 14th at Needleworks, our community crafting space in Winter Park, FL. If you’re in the neighborhood, bring a project and hang out with fiber friends.

Did you see the adorable Halloweenie Cowl by Noemi Zimmer? It’s our spooky season project and we have amazing kits in brights and darks. Adorable!

We’ve also got Cute Cranky Pumpkin kits for you to make! These delightfully colored hand cranked sock tubes with our downloadable directions will magically craft into beautifully handmade pumpkins for your home. ‘Tis the Season!

We’ve got plenty of gorgeous sock sets for you in many bases and colors–something for everyone!

And talk about gorgeous: Midori Sour is in the shop and green lovers can rejoice! This beautiful green variegated yarn is available on several bases and even mini hanks. We love it with gold and even some red to take a holiday spin.

Bewitching shades of all the gorgeous deep colors of the season. Bewitched is our colorway of the week and it’s a magical mix of scarlet, and fuchsia, amber and chocolate, persimmon and purple. Dazzling beyond the typical colors of the season, Bewitched will bring charm to any project you make with it. Paired with Berry Scary it’s a screamingly beautiful combination.

We also have a restock of our luxurious Woolf base in Out of Mist and Mallow. Time to treat yourself to the good stuff.

And speaking of the good stuff our Bronte base in Berry Scary and Mallow. Delightful. Bronte, our suri alpaca plus silk base, is making friends with lots and lots of our other yarns, adding a lovely halo plus a delicious softness to projects without adding weight. We’ve restocked Pretty in Pink, Berry, and Vintage, as well as Berry Scary and Mallow to coordinate with all the lovelies in the shop.

From our Dye Live Plus Club, comes Nonnatus House, a stunning colorway inspired by the BBC series Call the Midwife. The show is about a group of nurses and nuns bringing the best of care to the poorest folk in the London suburb of Poplar. Dramatic tones of red, black and grey against a white field make the Nonnatus House colorway a must-have addition to your stash. It’s the perfect thing for winter knits without seeming too “holiday.” We kind of get a Snow White vibe and we are enchanted with the pairing with Midnight and Spindleprick Red.

We’ve got another treat in the shop – the Knitting the National Park book. Every U.S. National Park has a unique beanie in this beautiful pattern collection by Nancy Bates. There are a whopping 63 patterns ranging from simple to challenging with breathtaking photography and easy to follow instructions. These super popular pattern books will not last long.

Our colorway Burnt is shown here with gorgeous Harvest Moon. These were so popular last week, we sold out, but they’re now available on preorder so you can get what you want. Burnt brings the warmth of the hearth to our fall palette. It’s gorgeous tones of orange, pumpkin, and saffron are just the pop of color to make Harvest Moon really shine.

Last week we brought you a new colorway, Harvest Moon, and this week we set it on fire with Burnt. Our fall palette is heating up… somebody open a window!!! Burnt is pumpkin and fire and sunshine and draws all those warm colors out of Harvest Moon. We absolutely love the two together! We’d love to see Stephanie Lotven’s True Nature in Burnt; or Katie Degroff’s Calman Gael cowl in a bonnie blend of Burnt and Harvest Moon.

But that’s not all! We have some beautiful mini sets that are just perfect to use with all the colorways we’ve featured over the past few weeks. Our 10-piece Calling Fall Party Packs and six-piece Many Minis for Ewe sets are all the colors of fall.

Ever want to use yarn, but it’s too bright or too busy? We have the solution for you! Restocked in the shop this week is Swan White. Use it on Bronte to mellow a color and bring softness to the texture without bringing weight to the fabric. Use it on our other bases to beef up a fabric and tone down the color. Or use it on it’s on for an elegant neutral that you can wear year round.

We’ve got a new colorway this week and it’s spectacular! Harvest Moon has all the colors of autumn in one beautiful hank. Such a beautiful fall palette that’s been building over the past few weeks. This week’s Harvest Moon is no exception. The rich oranges, teals and purples blend beautifully to provide the perfect fall colors. We like it paired with our deep purple Ríoga that makes those oranges; or warmed up with Mocha Or with Words of Wisdom — see how it picks up the dusty teal?

This amazing group is our new fave five: R to L: Ríoga, Mocha, Given to Rust, Tinsel and Words of Wisdom. Imagine these colors in that new Joji Locatelli sweater, Instant Crush, or in Andrea Mowrey’s Inclinations Shawl, or providing the florals in Caitlin Hunter’s Alpine Bloom. Make your plans and grab your choices — these will go quickly.

Did you know we offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more? After shopping for your yarn needs, why not pick up a few items to stash for holiday gift giving? We’ve got locally made artisan soaps, Knit. Coffee, and exquisite notions from CocoKnits, Katrinkles and Furls. These make terrific stocking stuffers for your or a friend.

Carolyn, our amazing dyer, is also a talented knitter. Our Cumulus Blouse Knit-a-Long last through the end of September and Carolyn’s been guiding us through with her Cumulus Diary. Check this great little show out on our YouTube channel, The Traveling Two Ewe Knit, where each week Carolyn talks about everything from yarn selection to gauge and bindoffs.

Our Virgin River Mystery Box celebrates the return of our favorite woody romantic drama! Carefully curated with beautifully themed yarn and other goodies, you can choose from a variety of our bases.

Shades of mountains, lakes and forests all in one beautiful colorway — Off Your Gourd! Beautiful blues, browns, purples and greens bring out the best in the colors we’ve brought you over the past few weeks. This colorway is amazing with Mocha and would be stunning with Blackberry Wine. See how beautiful it pairs below with other colors. You’ll want this for the most handsome socks and beautiful shawls.

Save time and pick up a few holiday gifts in our shop. We’ve got adorable pins, delightfully scented artisan soaps, and coffee from Knit. Coffee Company. Cocoknits accessories make perfect stocking stuffers for you or your fiber friends.

Step right up and be a part of the competition: WHO DYED IT BETTER? We’ve hauled out a legacy colorway, Carnival Cotton Candy, once dyed by Michelle, who handles our business operations. Michelle’s creative talent outweighed her discipline to record dye recipes, so Carolyn had to banish her from the dye studio. Skip forward 6th years and Carolyn upon seeing the picture of Carnival Cotton Candy in our stroll down memory lane in pictures on the Saturday morning live she knew she wanted to dye it! In fact, she thought, “I think I can dye that better!” So, we are off to the races, and you get the beautiful results! Carolyn will reimagine the festival of color in Carnival Cotton Candy. Can she capture its bright energy while making it more current? This little venture is on preorder in the shop. We are excited to see what Carolyn comes up with!

More color from our Dye Live Plus series “Made with Love & Libations!” Dye Live Plus Club is our exclusive subscription series where members get to choose their yarn base and then see Carolyn, our dyer, actually dye the yarn via a private Zoom session. While the main colorway from each dye session is exclusive only to club members, the Coordinating Cousins, two related colorways, are open to everyone. Beer Nuts and Appletini, shown with Strawberry Margarita, the exclusive club colorway, are the latest shades ready to preorder on your favorite bases for your stash. We love the cool neutral and bright green!

Our main colorway story is about two classic favorites Given to Rust and Words of Wisdom. We love these rich shades, each beautiful in their own way, but we are over the moon about the palette of contrasting and coordinating shades we are building each week as we move into fall. Grab these now and wait ’til you see the companion shades we have coming.

Don’t forget to grab your Official Craft Inspector pins from our Pin Shop. We are adding more cute pins all the time!

Don’t forget your birthday! Our Birthday Club is the perfect set it and forget it gift. You’ll have the perfect gift automatically sent to you in your birthday month. And if you choose to celebrate multiple times a year, we won’t tell!
