This year’s Advent set is inspired by the mythology and folklore of Scotland. From colourful creation myths to fairies, stone throwing giants, fantastical creatures and local lore this new set of colourways is sure to delight. The set will be a complementary mix of a few existing colourways and at least twenty new repeatable colourways. Speckled and variegated, the set will be wrapped in an order that is suitable for creating a beautiful piece of work using each day as it comes or feel free to grab random days from the set for your own unique order.
All Advent options will include 24 individually wrapped and numbered mini skeins all on Choufunga, a 75/25 Superwash Merino and nylon sock weight base. Sets are available in different mini skein size options to suit. A full 100g skein can also be added separately to your order.

Stash Yarn Club is a monthly yarn subscription that ships hand-dyed yarn and fun yarn-related goodies direct to your mailbox every month. August clubs are on sale now. Only a limited quantity of clubs are available.
Each month we feature a different indie yarn dyer. This month we are featuring these beauties dyed by Cherish of Dandelions and Daisies. This is a sock weight 75/25 Superwash Merino wool/nylon yarn with 463 yds/100g. We do try and vary the yarn weight every month to keep it interesting.
We choose three different colorways and its a surprise as to which one you get in your package!

A full-sized skein of yarn in my Pegasus base (75% Superwash Merino wool/25% nylon, 463 yards per 100 grams). This larger skein will be a tonal colorway, the perfect background to pair with the minis or to use on its own for a special project.
24 individual mini skeins of yarn in the same base (20g or 92 yards each), individually wrapped so that you can open one per day (or night). The minis are all speckle dyed for that extra dash of festive fun. (If you’re counting, that makes it a total of 480 grams of minis!) Each mini skein is inspired by a different cartoon character or show.
The price for each Advent calendar set is $190.

Based on feedback from current caretakers of Suavest Sheep and Lovable Lambs, I knew that managing colorwork was the next big problem for these fleecy friends to tackle. After quite a few experiments and some interesting creations along the way, the Sensational Sheep are ready for action!
They come in two sizes. The small version is suitable for 5 to 8 yards of fingering weight or 5 yards of worsted weight yarn. Their larger cousins will achieve optimum fluffiness with 16 yards of fingering or 10 yards of worsted.
Colorwork not your thing? Each one will happily store yarn to keep handy for life lines, making stitch markers, holding stitches, or provisional cast ons. When a project is finished, store your leftovers on these friendly fleeces and you’ll have a fun and functional store of yarn at the ready for needed repairs
