We have limited quantities at the moment, so don’t miss out!! They won’t be back again for a while, as we start prepare for something amazing!!! You’ll hear all about that soon!
My Interstellar Yarn Travel Set was inspired by NASA’s efforts to colonize Mars and some of the things I would personally want when knitting or crocheting my next project as I travel among the stars. This small kit will contain three full skeins of either my Snug Base or Delight DK base yarn, an exclusive cotton tote bag, and matching set of stitch markers. Colors include- Sheep In Space (white with speckles), Stellar Nursery (blue with speckles) and Echos Through Time (blue/gray tonal). And I have dyed the colors so that they can be used together or separately depending on your intended project.
I will have a small number of each set available in the preorder collection on my website starting at 10 a.m. EST on Saturday June 22 through 8 p.m. EST on Friday June 28th. All preorders will ship some time in August.

Swimming, hiking, sing-a-longs, campfire cooking and all the fun things from the summer camps I remember. Making sand candles and friendship bracelets, canoeing (and capsizing!) along the lakeshore, enjoying s’mores and roasted marshmallows. These and more are my inspirations for this quarter!

Each month, for three months, I will hand dye a unique colorway based on the current theme, on a sock/fingering weight yarn and deliver it to you.
You will also receive extra “goodies” each month. They’ll be different each month, and might include things like:
stitch markers or progress markers
tea or coffee samples, candy
notecards, gift tags, notepads,
a coordinating mini skein
and who knows what else…!
Club colorways are exclusive for club members and not for regular sale for three months.
Club packages are mailed out on the 10th of each month (or as close to it as possible) for the length of your club membership. The shipping cost is included in the price.

Each student will take home three 20g mini skeins and six 50g skeins of Merino/nylon sock yarn dyed by themselves.

This week my update will feature my All American Sock base in collaboration with a new sock pattern from Lindsey Fowler of Lost and Fawned.
Lindsey and I collaborated on this special design to highlight all the best qualities of my All American Sock yarn base. This base is special not only because it is domestically produced, but also because it is perfect for socks! With a slightly more “toothy” texture than my other fingering bases, this base will hold up beautifully for socks and offer brilliant stitch definition for all kinds of stitch patterns. The Wandering Lost socks feature simple and sophisticated lace and cables with a nod to a slow, soul feeding wander through the woods. The pattern is available on Ravelry.

Summer is coming on strong here in Seattle! Even though we are separated from the ocean by the Puget Sound, occasionally the unmistakable scent of the Pacific is carried on the wind, right to our studio. When that happens, the wanderlust comes on strong! The inspiration for this month’s featured colors is born from the desire to slip on a pair of flip flops, pack the car and head out to the beach. We’ve dyed up three colors — Breeze, Voyage and Castle — to accompany you on your summertime adventures. These colors will be on sale for the month of June 2019. Look for them in our Color of the Month section on the website.
New color alert! Just in time for the season, we’ve added a fun new color to the catalog. Red, Wool, & Blue is confetti-dyed with blue and red. This color would make a nifty pair of 4th of July socks. Team it with a couple of minis (our 3-D Artisan Sock set) and add some jaunty stripes.
