Come explore Copenhagen, Denmark with us for a Knitting and Christmas Markets Tour December 4-9, 2025! Copenhagen is known for its incredible yarn and designers. We will visit yarn stores, experience the Danish knitwear, and get inspired to create something cozy. December is the perfect time to visit the magical Christmas Markets of Copenhagen, where the city is transformed into a winter wonderland with twinkling lights, festive music, and decorated trees, while sipping mulled wine and shopping for unique gifts for the holidays. We will explore the cultural scene with museums, architecture, and go on a boat canal ride (don’t worry, it’s heated). We will fully embrace the Danish hygge (the feeling of coziness and contentment). Knitting workshops can accommodate all levels of knitting. Non-knitters are welcome. Hotels, admissions, knitting workshops, and most meals are included. You may just need to bring an empty suitcase for all the goodies.

See our website for details and FAQs. We hope you will come explore with us for an unforgettable hygge adventure!

Color Riot is a new colorway collection for the bold-hearted and color-obsessed. With three speckled colorways and four tonal solids, it’s a celebration of loud stitches, late nights, and creative rule-breaking — where neons dance with sparkles and every skein really is a statement all its own. Whether you’re painting the town red or chasing the stars, this collection dares you to go big, get messy, and make something instantly noticeable. I created this color collection to encourage you out of your comfort zone and into the limelight.

It’s time for another edition of the Pablo Picasso yarn club! This month we feature “Family of Saltimbanques” using blues, browns, tans and reds with black speckles. Highly variegated and unique, sure to be fun to knit with!

Orders are open until April 21st, with plans to ship between April 28-May 2 (to allow time to dye and compile packages). Crafters have their choice of bases from my various options. Interested in getting all the fun things? Visit my website and hit subscribe!

Crafting and CRIME!
A true crime-themed, year-long blanket-along is open for preorder! Crochet and knit options are available.

This year-long blanket MAL will include a true crime murder mystery each month! We will be knitting the Jelly Roll Blanket by Kay F Jones or crocheting the Hexie Dreams Afghan by Sass & Stitch Crochet. We will be using the hashtag #Letthemysteryunravelmal2025 on Instagram. Colors will be a mashup of variegated, tonal, and speckled techniques with a wide variety of colors — bright pops of color, pastels, and neutrals — think scrappy! Get 10% off if you buy the whole year up front!

We will be completing pieces of the blanket each month as we uncover clues of the crime! This MAL makes the bigger project goals of a blanket/throw an easy way to break down small bits throughout the year to make it amazingly easy to finish and stay on task completing your blanket! The mysteries each month keep it super fun and interesting to get to the next “clue.” Each box comes with 15 10g mini skeins with true crime clues and storytelling included along the way! Add on charms to make this box even more special.

If you don’t specify knit or crochet, the default is knit.

SWAG BAGS AVAILABLE!
This year we made handmade swag items and a bag that is so cute, it’s criminal! (The bag and swag are sold separately.)

Check it out at woolenwomenfiber.com where themes become woolen. 🐑

Join our Skill Builder Box yarn club to receive a box of beautiful hand-dyed yarn every two months, explore new knitting techniques with photo and video tutorials, and try out your new skills with exclusive patterns from our featured designers!

For this club we’ve asked some of our favourite designers to create brand-new patterns showcasing the techniques we’ll be exploring:

• Stranded Colourwork with Faye Kennington (UkeeKnits)
• Cables with Fatimah Hinds (DisturbingTheFleece)

Club members will receive a new box every other month, containing two packets:

• Part 2 will include the link to download the exclusive pattern from our featured designer, and enough hand-dyed yarn to complete the project.

You can sign up for a recurring bi-monthly subscription, or purchase just one box to try it out. For both options, get $5 off your first box with coupon code NEW-SKILLS.

Let’s be honest, there is a huge overlap between yarn lovers and book lovers. Are you one of those people? Luckily, you can now get both in a Little Loopy Book Club Box. Join our April book club where you can get a brand new book and a matching skein of yarn. Each box will include a book (a mystery to you) that can span across several potential genres. It will also include a matching skein of yarn (your choice of fingering or DK weight). In addition, each box will contain a letter from me (Kayla), the dyer as well as access to our monthly online book talk. This is always a jolly good time where we talk about the book, show off projects or at least discuss plans for the projects (because we all have a never-ending WIP pile, don’t we?).

At $50 this is the box that keeps on giving joy. Only 20 boxes are available so grab one for yourself (and a friend) today! Click the link for more details or feel free to send me an email with questions. Looking forward to meeting you!

When yarn pirates find themselves landbound, they love sitting and knitting by the fireside! What’s more perfect than knitting up a Fireside Bandana with a perfectly curated kit? I’ve added a few new spring color combos for this luxury kit!

Fireside Bandana Kits include everything you need except your knitting needles and fun buttons: Lovely non-Superwash Organic Merino Sport Treasures Yarn, a printed Fireside Bandana pattern designed by Carina Spencer as well as a ravelry download code, stitch markers and a few bonus booty goodies too! The hardest part is picking your color theme! Will the Original Classic version speak to you? The new Rose Garden colors? Royals Blue? Wine Lover? It’s hard to choose just one.

Another amazing thing is this pattern doesn’t use any colorwork! The magic is created entirely with slipped stitches. The yarn provided is enough to knit the standard or larger sized bandana cowl. If you’re lucky enough to be leaving on a ship for an adventure, this kit is just the perfect thing to take along! For the rest of us stuck on land, we’ll sit and knit up a few fireside bandanas and dream of the sea.

Greetings Yarnians!

Any of you who are familiar with my work know that I draw inspiration, primarily, from games and anime. However, sometimes the universe hands you something you simply can’t resist. That’s what occurred a few weeks ago when I was doing some color testing, and a particular group of colors caught my eye. When I say “caught my eye,” what I really mean is that I became fixated on them and decided that I had to do something with them, even though it doesn’t align with my usual process. How fortuitous that my birthday is just around the corner… yes? And everyone should get what they want on their birthday… right?

THAT is how the Level 46 mini skein set came into being. I am absolutely entranced by it and am thrilled to be able to share it with you.

A preorder listing will be available in the Crafter Gamer Geek shop from Sunday, April 6th through Sunday, April 20th. All ordered sets will then be dyed and shipped no later than Saturday May 3rd. This will be a limited release set, which means the set will not be available again once the preorder window closes.

Level 46 will be available on my four usual mini-skein bases:
Fingering Weight Options:
• 70% Superwash Merino / 20% Cashmere / 10% Nylon (25g per skein)
• 80% Superwash Bluefaced Leicester / 20% Nylon (25g per skein)
DK Weight Options:
• 75% Superwash Merino / 25% Nylon (20g per skein)
• 85% Superwash Merino / 15% Donegal Neps (20g per skein)

I hope you’ll check out the Level 46 preorder once it goes live on April 6th.

Happy stitching!
