I FLOCKING Love It!!
I couldn’t head to the Flock Fiber Festival this August without creating a special colorway for it. As I was flipping through photos of Seattle I came across one of the sky at sunset and I immediately knew this was it!!
In shades of cream, peach, pink and purple, I’m so excited to get this on my needles!! It will be available on all the bases, including a couple new/updated bases!
Preorder is going to be open for two weeks until July 6th, or until I hit capacity.
If you’re going to be at Flock and want to pick it up there, orders need to be placed by Sunday, July 2nd with a note in your order calling out on-site pickup, and I’ll refund shipping once the order is picked up. I’ll also have limited quantities available for purchase the weekend of Flock.
Orders placed not for pickup at Flock will ship starting mid-August.

I absolutely love to play with color. As a kid, Colorforms — remember those?? — were one of my favorite toys. I still love playing with the wood blocks that you can arrange in an infinite variety of mosaic patterns. It was no surprise then that a huge pile of waxed canvas strips, squares, and tiny offcuts looked more like a treasure trove than rubbish to me.
I created four absolutely unique bags from the beautifully colored and textured pieces. Constructed of waxed canvas, they’re also sturdy, water resistant, and functional project bags. Speaking of Needleworks, we’ve got a great Wool Applique class with Mary Nielsen on Friday, July 21st. Mary will teach us basic techniques used to stitch the Candle Mats from Bareroots.
