The variety of Sitting Shiva (from our Dye Live Plus “This is Where I Leave You”), offset by the richness of Persimmon and anchored by the deep blue of Hiberna are a satisfying trio of summer color.

This month we celebrate our LGBTQ+ family and friends with our fun rainbow mini skein set! We love these bright colors and what they represent — showing up as your authentic and unique self each and every day! Here’s to knitting cute stripes and advocating for each other’s rights! We believe in strong allyship, are committed to the community and are donating 20% of the proceeds this month to The Trevor Project.

Our rainbow has six skeins; red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. We are having a blast with all the different combinations and the different ways we can stripe them together. I also wanted to pull some colors out and create a few sock sets as well. The Pride Rainbow set has a white 100 gram skein with yellow, orange, green and blue speckles and is paired with a purple and red mini skein for contrast. The Rollerblade Rainbow set has the vibrant yellow with orange speckles for the main color and is paired with the rainbow blue and green! The mini skein set comes in fingering and DK so I couldn’t wait to use the DK set in a baby hat as well. With all the summer knit alongs going on, grab a set or two and see what you can make with all these amazing colors!

If you follow me on social media, you already know that I’ve been busy in the studio developing some new notions. As I prepare to take this leap into a new age of nifty notions, the time has come to say goodbye to my 3D-printed collection.

To turn this bittersweet moment into a sweet celebration, I’ve added event-exclusive sets, special edition designs, and new options for those new to end minders. To top it all off, all 3D-printed notions are 20% off with no code needed!

If you’re new to my notions and wondering, “What on earth is an end minder?” I have just the treat for you.

My Imperfect End Minder packs are offered at deep discounts due to their minor cosmetic issues. They’ll work just as hard to help out, they just march to the beat of a different drum. As a quick introduction, these fiber art friends come in handy for tidying your cast on end, taming yarn joins mid-project, creating an easy-to-carry color swatch, displaying leftovers of your favorite yarn, and holding a healthy helping of repair yarn as a cute companion for your gift knits!

While my end minders are probably the most popular notions in my shop, my unique stitch marker sets come in at a close second! As part of this close-out celebration, I’ve blended two seasonal favorites into this Autumn Rain set. With colorful leaves and glittering raindrops, it’s sure to add a cozy touch to your next cast-on. Of course, I’m best known for my love of butterflies! These Butterfly Detachable Stitch Markers & Progress Keepers fly off the shelves due to their uncanny knack to help out on both knit and crochet projects.

Worry not, updated end minders and new stitch markers will return soon made from new material.

Inspired by the hit book series and TV show, the Witcher Collection draws inspiration from pivotal scenes and important characters. There are a total of 16 different colorways: eight tonal and eight variegated. The collection will be open for a week, and has a few new bases available. In addition to my standard bases, I have brough in Baby Yak Lace (41% baby alpaca, 13% 18.5-micron Merino, 10% yak, 35% silk, 437 yards/50 grams), Boucle DK (100% Superwash Merino, 240 yards/100 grams), and Yak Sock (70% Superwash Merino, 20% yak, 10% nylon, 437 yards/100 grams).

For those of you looking forward to Ambah O’Brien’s Supernova MKAL, I’ve got this Nebula inspired set of 12 x 20g mini skeins along with a new semisolid colourway Starless Night, perfect for the MKAL which starts in July. You can knit them as shown or split the colours that are closely dyed to make a similar gradient on either side of the pink. Or if MKALs aren’t your bag they would work perfectly for the Astria Shawl also by Ambah or any fade requiring pattern.

If that wasn’t enough minis for you we also have the Fight for the Queers Mini set in Progress Pride flag colours, dyed for an upcoming pattern from Knitboop, specifically designed for the Crafting Queer Future Project. With this project, five collaborators and myself are aiming to remember and pay homage to our past and envision a brighter, better, safe future for LGBTQIA+ people across the world. To that end, we’re also running a crowdfunder prize draw, chock full of amazing prizes from fantastic contributors with more getting added weekly. To find out more about the project visit @ThirdVaultYarns on Instagram. Or if you just want to check out those prizes and enter to send some money the way of the Transgender Law Center, LGBT Foundation and the Stephen Lewis Foundation Partners In Pride head over to the prize draw.
